Welcome
Well if you are here then that's a good sign! I have decided to embark on a natural journey and I am so glad that you could make it. What exactly does "natural" mean? Well I will be sharing ways to improve your lifestyle like removing nasty chemicals from your home or perhaps heading outside and collecting dandelion stems for some yummy grub. Natural to me includes a range of items and I will use this blog to focus on keeping your home, yourself, and of course your little ones safe and happy.
Let's start off by introducing myself.

"Hi, my name is Jen, and I'm a country gal who moved to Suburbia to become domesticated!" I run a small design business while also being a stay at home mom to two little boys, a wild male dog, and a crazy male kitty. Yep, I am surrounded by males and should have used that in my blogs title.. :) Even though I live in Suburbia my husband and I still managed to find 10 acres of sustainable land right next to a large State Park -- Yay to us!! Even though the homestead is a very old and outdated homestead it's still our homestead. In other words we will somehow manage to renovate this beautiful old store front from the 1880's along with raising the two boys...which is bound to make the blog and hopefully inspire and bring a few laughs :)
As you will see through my journey's my boys and I love to be outside. I mean how else do you raise two little boys besides in the dirt! Oh yea, that natural part.. I have always been more natural than most but there is always a little bit more you can do, hence the blog and this journey.
What spurred this now? Well I recently joined Youngevitiy and as I was coming up with my "Why" (which will be another post) I decided why not become more natural...and let the whole world know!! It's important to enjoy life to the fullest. This blog is made to inspire, to learn, and to amuse so thank you again for coming along as I share the many blessings of becoming Naturally Domesticated.
